The concept of rashtraseva evolved in the form of an e-magazine in July 2005. Situations like Mumbai Floods in July 2005 taught all of us important lessons at severe costs of lives and wealth loss. The major concerns realized during these times were, lack of appropriate platform for individuals to make their contributions and to take actions to remedy the situation in a more organized and systematic manner.
rashtraseva as an e-magazine started with the aim to bring to our readers' notice; various unique and small but potential projects being implemented around us. It also was to introduce new social work ideas that can be implemented by individuals at local level. Thus, at Rashtraseva we work towards promoting the concept "Think Globally Act Locally".
rashtraseva is a collective of few individuals indulged in various spectrums of professional careers and yet believing in the common philosophy that, "I, You, We are the Pillars of the Nation" and also believe in the scope and ability to bring about concrete and positive change in the present situation of our society. Through its various segments such as; e-magazine, Projects, Community Outreach, rashtraseva Consultancy and rashtraseva Marketing; rashtraseva provides a forum for those committed individuals, who have realized their duty towards the society and thus are very passionate about serving the society. Such individuals can either come forward to share their ideas with others at rashtraseva and together work on the same or can simply come at rashtraseva and participate actively in professionally implementing various social work ideas generated at rashtraseva.
