Things that are untouched in schools such as educating about culture, Social law (Do's & Don'ts), Basic values of life. Controlling our mind by spiritual means, in short it's a personality development at a very micro level.

SWAYAMSIDDHA (self-reliant women):

Women Self-Help groups, self employment programs and various other activities are initiated under this head. Self-help group involves a savings scheme which is floated by central government, where by group of 10 women of same income class form a group, collectively pool in their savings and on that saving banks sanctions loan for their group, which is then utilized by the group collectively for business and income generation.

Women are trained with various vocational training to earn their bread and butter. This includes Tailoring, fine-arts and other skills which can be marketed, especially hand-made accessories and garments.

Ahilya Mahila Mandal also sponsors technical education for the needy women.

SWAD-BHARATI (homely mess/food centre):

A food centre which employs approx 8-10 women. This food centre has a daily routine to supply mid-day meal to 1200 students of the nearby school.Mid-day meal is a program initiated by central government. Whereby meal is to be provided in schools. This food centre cooks the food which is served in the school.

Mess provides food service which include Tiffin service, meals and also orders on special occasions. Women are trained here by qualified chefs, in order to serve the best quality at a minimum charge.

MAHER (mothers house):

In today's busy & Hectic schedule working women hardly find any time to make the special items, which are loved by everyone such as pickles, papad, snacks, items to be served on occasions, sweets for festivals and special occasions. All these things are made under this MAHER program, whereby they have a perfect marketing channel to market their products. Customers are delighted with the quality of MAHER products.

HEALTH CENTRE:

Poverty blended with superstition keeps the poor away from any medical care. Health centre plays a vital role in early detection of any diseases, which also provide a timely control on any epidemic. Regular check-up camps and various Doctor Visits provide best treatment to the patient. Mobile-Clinic is also used as a medium to reach to remote and interiors of the village.
