Trees and plants contribute a great amount in reducing pollution and making air safe for breathing. More trees more fertile the soil is! .In this scenario of deforestation, it is the duty of each and every one of us to preserve trees. Preserving in what way? Trees are one of the natural and beautiful gift of nature. If numerous trees are being cut down, we can balance it with planting trees or saplings.

NISARG an Environmental Initiative of rashtraseva, emphasis on the concept of returning back to nature. As we often thank God for all we have, this is the way to thank nature for what she has given us. This is not going to cost you anything, other than few precious minutes of yours to plant saplings.

Seldom, anyone will be not found of plants and scenic beauty. As we plant saplings of roses, tulsi, and hibiscus at our house, in the same way we can also plant these in our premises. Another way is to enjoy your trekking or picnic along with a plantation of sapling or sowing of seeds in any good soil. Certain used flowers in puja's or rituals or Dried flowers of marigold, sunflower, stem of roses, seasam seeds, seeds of mango, chikoo, etc. can be used for planting. Children are more inquisitive, So this can be done more interesting by involving small children.
