Yoga

Satyabhama Gajanan Dev-Balkashram

The rashtraseva team visited the Balakashram at Village: Angaon, Tal.: Bhiwandi, Dist.: Thane on Sunday 22nd June 2008. The team included Shri Ajay Kumbhar who is a well renowned yoga teacher recognised and approved by Mumbai University and various government institutions/ Authorities. The team also had with it Shri Seetaram Prajapati (a close associate of Shri Ajay Kumbhar).
Shri Ajay shared some of the simplest yet very powerful and effective yoga exercises with the young children of Balkashram. These exercises would lead to enhanced memory, self-confidence, concentration and internal strength among the young children.
The children sat during the complete session studiously, carefully listened to Shri Ajay and practised the exercises that they learnt. They thoroughly enjoyed being in that space with the rashtraseva team getting such valuable learnings. This was quite obvious and reflected clearly in what the children shared one by one openly with everybody present just before the conclusion of the session. The rashtraseva team left the place with a promise to visit again with further value-adding service. JAI HIND!!!!!!!!!
